Finally here are some photos from our trip to Stockholm and Swedish House Mafias concert.

I liked our hotel, Nordic Sea Hotel. The breakfast was lovely!

We went to Vapiano, Old Town. Really nice food!

It was good to go away for a couple of days but I'm so happy and thankful that we're not living 

in Stockholm anymore! But for a holiday it's a beautiful city!

Förkyld och halsont

Känner mig lite halvt sjuk idag med förkylning, trötthet och lite halsont. Inte alls bra, måste krya på mig till imorgon för jag måste till jobbet eftersom det är deadline för lönerna på Tisdag. Sen ska den massiva lönefilen skickas tidigt på Onsdagmorgon så de utbetalas till Fredag. Annars har jag nog 100 st arga jobbare utanför min dörr då ;) Men med massa honungsvatten, citron, frukt och vatten ska det nog lösas. Och vila förstås, väldigt viktigt! Chris och Ola är och spelar fotbollscup inomhus så det är lugnt i huset nu. Bara 2 snarkande hundar och nån gammal slö film som hörs. Det är så grått och tråkigt ute idag igen, en riktigt ruggig kall Novemberhelg. Brr. Roar mig med att kolla bloggar från betydligt soligare och varmare ställen och längtar efter en resa snart som dock tyvärr inte kommer inträffa inom det närmaste. Men jag ser fram emot vår Stockholmstripp på Torsdag. Vi har bokat in på Nordic Sea Hotel i centrala Sthlm. Så det blir grym hotellfrukost och så ett kärt återseende av vår gamla hemstad Stockholm ( bodde där 4 år) Nu ska jag hänga upp tvätten!


Im not feeling so good today, having a cold so im just relaxing and eating lots of fruits, drinking lemon/honey water and trying to get better for work tomorrow!! I have a very important day tomorrow so have to get my energy back. Have to finish all the pays tomorrow. Otherwise around 100 people dont get their pay :) So better rest today! Chris and Ola is playing indoor soccer tournament or cup or whatever you say in english. Its been a grey, cold weekend. A typical November weekend. Cant wait for December when all the Christmas decorations lighten upp our side of the world!! Now its time for me to fix the wash then back to a movie.

Ni får vänta...

Internet strulade igår så jag kunde inte logga in. Den stora nyheten får ni alltså vänta lite till på :)

Vi håller på att organisera och fixa så vi kan åka till Mykonos nästa vecka. Vi har några kompisar från Australien som kommer till Europa och de ska dit så det vill vi ju inte missa.
Hoppas hoppas det löser sig. Känner att vi båda verkligen behöver en skön vecka i Grekland.

det blev ingen resa till Mykonos. Sparar oss till Australien om två månader istället!

Mykonos

Ett helt gäng vänner från Australien ska åka runt i Europa i sommar och då bland annat besöka Mykonos.

Vi håller på att spana på eventuell resa dit och träffa upp dem en vecka eller så. Om det inte blir där kommer vi åka och träffa dem i Barcelona. Vi siktar i första hand på Mykonos! Ser helt underbart ut...

Förresten håller på att skriva på en del 2 av "Min väg till Australien"...Lägger förmodligen ut det idag :)

God förmiddag!

Dagen idag bjuder på måttligt solsken, arbete och letande av maskeradkostym!

Vi har en riktigt bra ide på vad vi ska klä ut oss till på Äventyrsfesten som går av stapeln nu på lördag! Ska kila in till Buttericks idag på Drottninggatan och spana lite :)

Jag har två case kvar att lämna in på Universitetet sen är det sommarlov från studierna. Jag kommer fortfarande jobba men det blir ändå stor skillnad att slippa lägga ner ledig tid från jobbet på studierna! Skönt! Det har dock gått riktigt bra och har lyckats med näst högsta betyg (B) fastän jag jobbar heltid samtidigt. Stolt! :) Allt går om man bara kämpar!

Ha en härlig dag och glöm inte att njuta av nuet det kommer aldrig igen :)

Gatwick Airport

Just quickly writing to say that everything is really good with us!
We landed at Gatwick Airport London and are bording with Emirates to Dubai at 3.30 pm.
It takes 6 hours from London to Dubai and then 13 hours from Dubai to Melbourne!
What a long trip but so worth it, we are thrilled to see Chris's family and friends very very soon.
It's cold and rainy here in London aswell but we heard it's around 30 degrees in Melbourne!!!
Alright our credit is about to run out so we have to go.
Update again when we're in Dubai, sorry no photos today but promise a lot of them when in Australia.
Bye Bye and wish us a good trip with Emirates :)

Mount Teide

We hired a car one day in Spain
and went for a day-tour to famous Mount Teide in the middle
of the Tenerife Island.
It's Europe's highest volcano and the world's third largest volcano, 3718 m above sea level.
In 2007 Teide National Park was granted World Heritage status.

Teide had it's eruption in 1909 and has erupted every hundred years before that,
scientists and the President of Tenerife says that in the next 50 years it's expected there will be a volcanic eruption in Tenerife as during the last century it was once in every one hundred years.

1909 - 2009 hundred years exactly.

Lucky we didn't know anything about that before our trip :)
Well everything was calm and beautiful up there above the clouds.
Imagine a lunar landscape made by the flow of volcanic lava.

Star Wars and Planet of the Apes filmed some of the scenes around Teide and I can truly understand why (like I also repeated hundred times up there).

It was a really cool feeling to drive through the clouds.
Like a cold, weird, refreshing, thick kind of feeling.

30 years later on the exact day this picture is taken and an amazing day and night passes through.

Santa Cruz

Auditorio de Tenerife - a landmark in Santa Cruz, Spain, with different rooms inside for concerts, operas and musicals.
Built in 2003 and one of the more photographed buildings in the capital city of Tenerife.

One of the attractions we will visit in Tenerife is
Siam Park, one of the best Waterparks in the world, as
it is described by a travelpage on internet that we found.
Its a new park built in 2008.

Yes bring it on!




I'm really looking forward to go on this slide
that's shown on the video
but I don't think its to popular for Ida,
the fact that your going underneath the water in
a long tube in the aquarium can cause some panic feelings
for her,
but I will definitely try this slide, it looks awesome !

Holiday soon

Its holiday time soon for us, we have
something special to celebrate in a couple of
weeks so both have two weeks of from work.
Im saving my other semester days until its time
to travel to Australia ( around october/november )

We will travel in south of Europe one week and stay at Idas
family's one week.

But we still don't know were to go, Greece, Spain, Italy,
Bulgaria, well well only time will tell.

Last year we went to Greece Crete, Hersonissos
Its a place I can recommend.
